UX Researcher

Job description

At Versett User Experience(UX) Researchers work side by side with our partners, designers and technologists to answer the tough questions. In this role you will uncover what users want and need by conducting research, exploring what motivates them and their behaviors. As an integral part of our design team and process, it will be your job to communicate the value of your findings both internally and with our partners to help direct our design decision making. You inspire and motivate your peers by finding engaging ways to communicate your findings to team members and partners. Above all else you understand how to facilitate understanding amongst your peers on what would improve the user's experience.

We currently have openings for UX Researchers in our Calgary, Toronto, and New York offices.

You are an experienced researcher and UX practitioner who loves to assemble and analyze user data. You are comfortable organizing and facilitating user tests, and other exercises with team members, partners and other individuals. Sourcing partcipants is fun for you, and you enjoy creating a relevant and contextual test group. Most importantly, you have project case studies and work examples that demonstrate your ability to communicate your findings to stakeholders, whether they be decision makers on the client side or designers on your team.
