Job description

At Versett, a Product Manager is responsible for setting priorities and associated milestones, creating and managing project plans, overseeing workflows and managing risk. You are passionate about organization, and leading projects to a successful delivery. The workload is highly dynamic, so you are someone who is comfortable working on multiple projects with competing demands at the same time. You are flexible and adaptable throughout the process, while still able to provide deliverables on schedule.

With a strong background in project management in a digital or software/product development organization, you not only work with leadership but you share the vision. You are continuously providing progress updates to the team on multiple projects, and advise on staffing and organization decisions that are made. Most importantly, you have incredible communication skills; you can tailor your communication approach to your audience, whether that is a client, internal stakeholders, external partners, or others.


Your core competencies as a Product Manager rely on a strong, demonstrated understanding of the tools required to successfully deliver a project to completion. You are flexible and strive to better yourself and the company. You have a collaborative mindset, and most importantly, you have empathy for your users, clients, project team and co-workers.

Product Managers at Versett have the following:

  • You have experience in a digital or software/product development organization, with experience managing projects from initiation to closure
  • You have excellent organization and time management skills
  • You are comfortable managing project workflow, assigning tasks, and stepping in to support hands-on where required
  • You are decisive and able to make important decisions throughout the project lifecycle
  • You contribute ideas to internal reviews and ask questions.
  • You're organized, self-motivated, and always looking to learn more.
  • You're a team player.
