Product Manager

Job description

At Versett, a Product Manager is responsible for setting priorities and associated milestones, creating and managing project plans, overseeing workflows and managing risk. Most importantly, you have incredible communication skills; you can tailor your communication approach to your audience, whether that is a client, internal stakeholders, external partners, or others.

Requirements

Your core competencies as a Product Manager rely on a strong, demonstrated understanding of the tools required to successfully deliver a project to completion. You are flexible and strive to better yourself and the company. You have a collaborative mindset, and most importantly, you have empathy for your users, clients, project team and co-workers.

Product Managers at Versett have the following:

  • You have experience in a digital or software/product development organization, with experience managing projects from initiation to closure
  • You have excellent organization and time management skills
  • You are comfortable managing project workflow, assigning tasks, and stepping in to support hands-on where required
  • You are decisive and able to make important decisions throughout the project lifecycle
  • You contribute ideas to internal reviews and ask questions.
  • You're organized, self-motivated, and always looking to learn more.
  • You're a team player.
