At Versett, the technical lead plays a key role in project success both from a client-facing and internal viewpoint. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and scoping solutions which requires strong communication skills with both our clients and our team members across all disciplines.
The technical lead is highly involved in all decision making throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. While technically focused, your position works in tandem with project leads from design and strategy to build the best possible products for our clients.
Once solutions have been scoped and approved, your job is to lead a focused team of developers in the implementation of the product. Task assignment is done from this position, broken down as you see fit. Knowing your team's strengths and skillsets while providing valuable leadership and mentoring will be a vital part of the job.
